In 2010, ITB will make acceptance of new students in the graduate program Sieve Test Sign ITB (USM-ITB) Integrated, which includes six programs of selection, namely:

* Program Interest Search, Talent, and Potential ITB (PMBP-ITB), which consists of:
o PMBP-ITB 2010 in the Region, held ITB independently in several cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Balikpapan, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Denpasar, Surabaya, etc.) in the month of March 2010

* Program Selection Transfer Students ITB (SMT-ITB), for transfer students from ITB partner universities who wish to pursue undergraduate education at the ITB, and originally proposed by the university.
* International Student Selection Program ITB (SMI-ITB), for prospective foreign students interested in continuing higher education in the ITB.
* The National Selection Sign State University (SNMPTN), which is scheduled to be held in early July 2010, conducted by DITJEN DIKTI, DEPDIKNAS RI.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Institutions of Higher Education as a mission to produce graduates who are “high morals, noble character, a spirit of leadership, able and willing to build and maintain the integrity of the nation”, in accordance with the provisions of Senate ITB no. 22 dated October 30, 1999, ITB offers several types of scholarships for students, which is coordinated by the Institute of Student Affairs (LK) ITB. The purpose of these scholarships are:

1. Encouraging students’ learning progress in order to graduate on time,
2. Encourage increased student achievement in both academic and non-academic,
3. Awards for his achievements and dedication to education,
4. Foster a sense of concern for the general public.

An ITB students can receive scholarships for its economic weakness, or performance achieved during the education in ITB. For this type of economic scholarship, student scholarship applicants must come from poor families, by submitting a certificate of income a parent or guardian is approved by the competent authorities. While kind of economic scholarship offered by the ITB can be Scholarships Cost of Living, Education Costs Scholarship (free BPP), Final Project Scholarship, and / or Scholarship Boys.

In addition, ITB also provides scholarship awards. This scholarship is an award ITB on achievements of students, good performance or achievements of extra-curricular and kokurikuler. This scholarship is awarded to graduates of the best TPB (10 students), student grade winner (IP) the highest (for each course of study, given to students in 1st person and 1 level 2 students at level 3), the main achievement of students (students with a GPA > 3.0 and outstanding achievement in extracurricular activities / kokurikuler), and Scientific Work Scholarship, for students who do research or scientific / professional work.

To be able to obtain scholarships, there are some general requirements that must be met by the student scholarship applicants, namely:

1. ITB students enrolled in the current semester
2. No exposed cases / academic penalties, and administrative sanctions from ITB
3. Following the procedures in place at ITB
4. Meet the requirements and pass the selection assessment
5. Willing to follow the provisions required by the sponsoring
