Simak-UI (Selection Sign UI) is one of the gates to enter the University of Indonesia of the many gates in the UI. Simak-UI is the integrated selection tests held in the UI for prospective students who wish to study in the UI. Tests are conducted simultaneously throughout Indonesia for all existing educational programs at the UI, from advocacy program (D3), Graduate Regular, Parallel Class Graduate, Professional, Master and Doctor. Trials carried out simultaneously.

Note:

For students who were high school (High School) which has certified A level or have a letter of equivalency of the National Education Ministry can follow SIMAK UI without having to follow the UAN (National Final Examination).

Achieving Artists Program

Achieving Artists program aims to reward artists who have a national reputation / internationally to improve the academic ability to be quality human resources.

Requirements:

* The artist with a national reputation / international
* Having a diploma is a maximum 10-year-old, since graduating from high school
* Following the Talent Tests and Test Potensi Akademik (TPA)

Registration: Apr. 12 – April 23, 2010

GENERAL CRITERIA

Candidate UI from Line Art
1. Berkegiatan in the arts has at least 5 years
2. Have at least two works that have been published through the medium of each (public performances, books, albums / CDs, movies, etc.) and of which has achievements / awards given artisitik or obtain broad public appreciation, both nationally and internationally.
3. The will and spirit to increase scientific knowledge
4. Having good and extensive relationships in the field of art each and have no criminal record.
5. Having a high school diploma (minimum).
6. Willing to follow the technical procedures of this admissions program

SPECIAL CRITERIA (Additional per field)

A. Theater Arts
1. Is a principal or a theater artist, both actors, directors, writers naskha, music stylist, stylists artistic,
choreographer, or other discipline directly related to the theater.
2. Never done theater work in nature conservation work (digging the original sources) and
experimentation (new development / innovation).
3. Having a creative openness, in the sense once and be able to do collaborations with other arts disciplines.

B. Music Arts
1. Is the perpetrator or music artist, both as a composer, music stylists, musicians, vocalists, and other disciplines that relates directly to the art of music.
2. Advanced and master a musical instrument, or the sound system.
3. Interview and audition followed by a team of music curators, with the materials Music Theory, and Practice Solfegio
“Music Performance” on his instrument each.

C. Fields Dance
1. Is the perpetrator or dance artists, both as a dancer, choreographer, or other discipline directly related
with the art of dance.
2. Willing to provide all the evidence and shape the work of its publication (folder, program books, CDs, or any other).
3. Never follow dance workshops or training at least 2 times.
4. Make a summary of the reasons to continue their studies.

D. Literary Arts
1. Is the perpetrator or literary artists, whether poets, prose writer, pesastra oral, and other disciplines embodied in the literary category.
2. Be independent, not related to the particular interests (partisan).
3. Being open or tolerant of these things or new ideas.

E. Visual Arts
1. Actor or artist is art, whether painter, sculptor, installer, perfomancer art, and the disciplines
Other categories set forth in art.
2. Working in the art, non-fine arts, namely: the artists who’ve done the work of all-media
(including video art)
3. Been invited to important events such as the City fine art Biennale, Jakarta Biennale, Jakarta Art Awards, etc..

F. Film Arts
1. Is the perpetrator of the production sector or the film maker, both the director, producer, screenwriter,
cinematographer, sound stylist, stylist artistic, musical stylists, editors, actors, or individuals from the fields
Other directly related to the film production process, which has been publicly recorded active production.
2. Film artists some or one of his works have received national awards and / or
internationally.
3. Being independent, non-partisan, and open up many new developments in the field of cinema.
4. Willing to follow the selection interview conducted by the curator of the film team.
